Pacing Verdict
The screenplay maintains strong narrative momentum, particularly in Act 2, where the investigative and activist sequences build tension effectively through brisk scene-to-scene flow and escalating stakes. Dialogue rhythm is well-managed, with rapid exchanges in courtroom and activist garage scenes contrasting with deliberate, weighty pauses in prison visits and family moments. While Act 1’s opening sequence shot is immersive, the pacing slightly lags in the middle of Act 2 during repetitive procedural obstacles, but the final act’s march and hearing sequences deliver a powerful, well-earned release.
