Synopsis

Pacing Verdict
The screenplay demonstrates excellent pacing craft, particularly in its masterful escalation from domestic tension to supernatural horror across the five-act structure. The first two acts establish character and dread with deliberate, patient rhythms, while Acts 3-4 accelerate into a relentless, nightmarish momentum that never loses its grip. The only minor rhythm issues occur in the early grief sequences (scenes 56-67), where the sustained emotional weight slightly stalls narrative drive, but this is a purposeful choice that pays off in the devastating final act.
