Pacing Verdict

The screenplay maintains strong narrative momentum through its dual-timeline structure and efficient dialogue, but the pacing suffers in the middle acts where extended flashbacks and repetitive investigative exchanges (e.g., the London pub scenes with Bill) stall forward drive. The tension-release balance is well-managed in the present-day dinner scenes, yet the 2012 hijacking sequences occasionally feel rushed, compressing the crisis into fragmented glimpses rather than building sustained urgency. Overall, the script delivers information effectively but could tighten the Act 2 and Act 3 flashback expansions to prevent drag.
