Pacing Verdict
The screenplay demonstrates strong, escalating momentum from Act 3 onward, with the horror sequences and relentless Xenomorph threats creating a propulsive and tense drive. However, the first two acts (Scenes 1-44) feel comparatively protracted, spending significant time on colony life and heist setup that, while establishing character, slightly delays the core horror premise. The rhythm within acts is well-managed, with effective tension/release cycles, but the overall balance is skewed, making the initial setup feel like a drag before the excellent, tightly paced second half.
