Pacing Verdict
The screenplay demonstrates strong narrative momentum through its unique POV and escalating tension, particularly in the first three acts where the mystery of the Presence and family dynamics are efficiently established. However, the pacing suffers in Act 4 (scenes 108-164), where the extended sequences of Chloe and Ryan's relationship, the drugging, and the murder attempt feel protracted and repetitive, diminishing the urgency built earlier. The final act resolves quickly and emotionally, but the middle section's drag prevents the pacing from reaching excellence.
